The guest bathroom is equipped with all the essential amenities to ensure your comfort. For added convenience, the apartment has an elevator, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a TV with cable channels. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). The tenant agrees to allow a team member, when requested by the host, to enter the property for inspection purposes. Monthly visits are scheduled for this purpose. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied. Late check-out: If you wish to check out late, please contact our team to check availability. If you stay beyond the check-out time without authorisation, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged. Lost key policy: If you lose the key, a replacement cost will be applied (to be confirmed). If you leave the key inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a €40 fee after 7 PM. If the key is left in the lock and requires technical intervention, the cost will be determined on request. For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a utility limit of €150 for water, electricity, and internet/TV package. If this limit is exceeded, the extra cost will be charged to the guest. We offer a transfer service that will take you straight to the apartment! Just ask us for the price.
