When it is time to turn in for the night, choose between one of our four bedrooms: (1) Our primary bedroom has a King bed, Smart TV, dresser, closet, and an attached full bathroom. (2) Our second bedroom has a Full bed, closet, and a nearby bathroom. (3) The third bedroom has a Full bed, closet, and a shared attached bathroom. (4) The fourth bedroom has a Full/Twin bunk bed, closet, and a shared attached bathroom. Home to the University of Arkansas, amazing local restaurants and shops, and popular bike trails, Fayetteville does not disappoint. Whether you’re coming up here to visit the University or get a taste of our favorite local eats, there’s something for everyone in your crew. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. - This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. - Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies. - There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator.
