Animals - It is forbidden to bring animals; our apartments are not suitable for this. 3. Smoking - Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. The apartment has a sunny terrace where you can smoke. Of course, while smoking, the cigarette must be put out and extinguished in an ashtray. 4. Parties - the apartments are not intended for mass events or celebrations of any kind. 5. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this property. This age requirement is firm and applies to the primary guest making the reservation.
