The large pool area is only shared with the bottom-floor unit. The shared rooftop sundeck and palapa offer amazing sunset views and are a great spot to hang out and have dinner. Located in the Golden Zone neighborhood of Bucerias, you'll be close to the best dining and entertainment, and most importantly, the beach! Bucerias Beach is a 5 mile stretch of soft sandy beaches, cobblestone streets and Mexican pueblo charm. There is a large grocery store and taxi stand 3 blocks away. Within walking distance there are multiple great restaurants with delicious ceviche, asian-fusion, italian, and more! Since the house is a duplex (the bottom and upper units are mirror images of each other), it can be rented all together as a 4-bedroom house, depending on availability.
