Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV. Bedroom #3 includes 2 sets of twin-over-queen size bunk beds and a smart TV. Bedroom #4 is an apartment-style room and includes a queen size bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, a smart TV, a living space, a kitchen, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower. This home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • Washer and dryer in main home. • Driveway parking for 5 vehicles available. Please note the garage is not available for guest use. • Private dock with 12x26 and 10x24 boat slips • This home is equipped with five (5) external security cameras: o (1) a Ring doorbell located on the main door and monitoring the driveway o (2) located on the left corner of the house and monitoring the left side of the house o (3) located on the right corner of the house and monitoring the right side of the house and laundry room door o (4) located over the garage and monitoring the driveway o (5) a Ring doorbell located on the main door of the apartment and monitoring the external door area o (6) located on the corner of the upper deck monitoring the entrance to the screened in porch. o (7) located on the corner of the lower deck monitoring the basement entrance.
