The apartment offers two bedrooms: one en-suite and one bedroom with two single beds. The living room, bathed in natural light, has a dining table and direct access to a pleasant balcony, perfect for relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen provides complete autonomy, including a practical laundry room. For your comfort, we have a washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, fans, central heating and a Smart TV with cable channels. Enjoy a memorable stay! Located on Rua do Farol, in the heart of Foz do Douro, one of Porto's most iconic areas, our apartment offers the perfect setting for a memorable stay. Just steps away, you'll find stunning beaches like Praia dos Ingleses and Praia do Molhe, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun and sea. The area is known for its laid-back seaside atmosphere, with a wide selection of cafes and restaurants, from terraces overlooking the ocean to establishments serving the best of Portuguese and international cuisine. Explore the Foz Market, just steps away, for fresh, local produce. The Douro River and Atlantic waterfront invites you to stroll or cycle, take a refreshing dip, or simply relax in the sun. For those wishing to explore Porto's historic center, it's just a 12-minute drive away, with excellent access via public transport, including bus lines 500 and 204, with a stop a 1-minute walk from the apartment. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be applied for smoking. If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. A late check-out without prior authorization will incur a fee of €200 per hour. If you lose your key, a fee will be charged (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team’s intervention to open the door, a fee of €40 will apply after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – price upon consultation. For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.
