Steps away you will find a generous dining room table with enough seating for 8 whether used for mealtime or for heating up come competition via one of the many provided board games. The substantial kitchen with shiny countertops, ample cabinet space, and all major appliances is a welcome sight for larger groups, offering enough room for multiple people to prepare a meal simultaneously. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms. Bedroom #1 includes 1 king size bed and 2 twin size beds in bunk format, with TV. Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and TV. Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and separate walk-in shower and jetted tub. The room also provides direct access onto the patio. The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: - Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested. - Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re dog-friendly (up to 15lbs). A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. A maximum of 2 pets can be brought to the unit. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet. - THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.
