Situated in Western Hills Estates near Rock Reach, the home offers the perfect central triangle between the desert's most iconic stops. ◎ Pioneertown & Pappy & Harriet’s – 10 minutes ◎ Joshua Tree Village – 10 minutes ◎ The Integratron (Landers) – 15 minutes ◎ Joshua Tree National Park Entrance – 15 minutes ◎ Palm Springs – 40 minutes ◎ POOL AND HOT TUB HEATING: The hot tub is always free to heat. However, during the cooler months, there are extra charges for pool heating, see below. If you want the pool heated during these months, please let us know 48 hours before you arrive. ◎ Extra Charges for Pool Heating: ✓ May and Sept: $150 per night ✓ October and April: $200 per night ✓ November, December, March: $300 per night ✓ January and February: $300 per night No jumping, diving, running or rough play near the pool and hot tub area. No glass can be around the pool and hot tub, there are plastic cups in the kitchen to be used outside. Please mind the quiet hours (no loud noises after 10pm). No intoxicated persons may use the pool or hot tub. NO LIFEGUARD WILL BE ON DUTY - YOU SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. ◎ EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees. ◎ DOGS: Your dog is welcome and there is a one time fee of $100. Please be prepared by enabling wifi calling or downloading a VOIP program. ◎ ROAD CONDITIONS: Many roads are dirt, so please take it slow.
