Located within Punta Mita’s gated community Surf Residences, the property offers a balance of privacy and proximity. The charming town of Punta de Mita is just 10 minutes away, with beachside restaurants, cafes, boutique shops, and vibrant local life. Playa La Lancha—home to El Surf Club—is the closest beach club, known for its laid-back atmosphere and surf-friendly waves. Hidden beaches, coastal trails, and local markets are also nearby, waiting to be explored. A $1,500 USD or $30,000 MXN security deposit is required as a pre-authorization hold on guest’s credit card upon arrival. Cancellation Policy: 1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees. 2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes.
