There is a half bathroom and an outdoor balcony with stylish furniture on this floor. Both of the 3rd floors have 2 bedrooms, both with Queen beds and en suite bathrooms. The main bathroom has dual sinks and a standing shower while the 2nd has a shower/tub combo. A washer and dryer are available for your use as well. The last bedrooms are on the 1st floor of each unit can be found on the 1st floor and have Queen beds. On the 1st floor, you'll find a full bathroom and patio access. There are 2 garages that fit 2 cars each. It can fit 4-5 additional vehicles and overflow parking is on the street. We recommend Uber or Lyft as your main way of getting downtown. A non-peak hours ride for either of these is less than $10. Please note, there is a train that runs about 100 yards from the house that you can hear. Nashville has a lady bug problem. So please keep the doors and windows shut when possible. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee.
