You’ll have relaxed living and dining spaces for downtime between adventures, plus TVs in both bedrooms and a DVD player for movie nights. Just outside, the Chamonix complex offers a welcoming clubhouse with a hot tub and sauna year-round, and a seasonal pool and BBQ stations when the weather warms up. Two unassigned parking spaces are included for easy coming and going. Hot tub, sauna, and other clubhouse amenities are managed by the HOA and availability may vary. • Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. Please plan accordingly. • Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance. • We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up.
