The seamless flow into the kitchen and dining area makes it perfect for gathering with family and friends. 🍽️ Kitchens & Dining The modern kitchen features high-end stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a spacious island with seating for four. A drip coffee maker, Keurig, and a fully stocked spice rack are provided for your convenience. The adjacent dining area includes a large wooden table that comfortably seats up to six guests—perfect for shared meals and celebrations with stunning views as your backdrop. 🛏️ Bedroom/s & Sleeping Arrangement/s Bedroom 1 (Main Floor): King bed with a Smart TV, an en-suite bathroom, and direct access to a private deck. No parties or large gatherings are permitted without prior approval. Please refer to your house rules and rental agreement for full details regarding noise policies and community expectations. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability.
