About the Home
A one-of-a-kind seafront sanctuary in the protected Acantilados de Maro–Cerro Gordo Natural Area. This minimalist watchtower-inspired villa offers breathtaking views, private beach access, wild nature, terraces for sunset watching, and total privacy on an untouched stretch of Andalusian coast. This Mediterranean-minimalist villa sits on 11km of protected coastline, designed to blend into the wild cliffs shared with ibex and seabirds. Terraces overlook the nature reserve, and while there is no pool, a private path leads directly to Cantarriján Beach. The four bedrooms sleep up to seven guests: two king rooms with private bathrooms, one additional king room, and one single. There are five WCs throughout the home. Wild native gardens surround the property, merging seamlessly with the natural park. Located in La Herradura—one of the last truly authentic enclaves on the Andalusian coast—the villa sits far from the Costa del Sol crowds yet close to excellent beachfront restaurants, local markets, and some of the best diving waters in Spain. The cliffs and bay are known for a subtropical microclimate, rich marine life, and peaceful nature. This is a nature-immersive property with private beach access, exterior security cameras, and wild landscapes. The area is famous for scuba diving, boat excursions, and even the rare chance—between November and March—to ski in the Sierra Nevada and swim in the sea on the same day. The beach below includes both a regular and a naturist section, separated by a small hill. Pets are welcome.
