• Minimum age required to book: 24 years old. Valid ID may be required prior to or upon check-in. • No pets allowed. This property is strictly pet-free. • Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, and marijuana are not permitted anywhere in the property, including balconies. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees and penalties. • Events and parties are not allowed at any time. Please enjoy a quiet and comfortable stay. • Quiet hours are strictly observed from 22:00 (10:00 PM) to 07:00 (7:00 AM). Please keep noise to a minimum during these times for the comfort of all guests and neighbors. • Children and infants (under 2 years old) are welcome in the property; however the property has not been baby or child proofed. • No third-party bookings. The guest making the reservation must be present during the stay. • By booking, you agree to immediately contact the host upon arrival if anything in the property is not as advertised (cleanliness, amenities, missing or broken items). We will make every effort to remedy the issue. No refunds will be given after the first night has been stayed. • A $50 per hour fee applies for unauthorized late check-out. • Any lost, damaged, or broken items will be charged to the guest, including a possible labor fee. Additional cleaning fees will be assessed for violation of the non-smoking or no-pet policy, or for excess messiness. • Compliance with HOA and local rules is required during your stay. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in penalties or cancellation of your reservation without refund. • Instant bookings are subject to a 48-hour host review prior to final confirmation. We may request ID verification and/or a signed rental agreement as part of this process. • Please treat the property with care and respect, as you would your own home. Dispose of trash properly and leave the property in good condition upon departure. • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your plans, as our cancellation policy is strictly enforced.
