When you are ready for a day of fun in the sun, the Seabreeze Recreation Center is a short golf ride away. Here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, and much more. You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is comfortably decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on TV. The lanai provides plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice and an additional Outdoor patio with retractable awning for sun bathing and enjoying time with your new friends. It is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with a cold drink before heading out to the town square and dance the night away. This home comes complete and includes a Gas Golf Cart & Free WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
