Welcome to your Mammoth Lakes home base. This 4-bedroom townhouse sleeps up to 10 and puts you close to Canyon Lodge with easy access to the Village Gondola and year-round trails. Set up for mountain days and cozy nights, this two-level townhouse offers comfortable gathering spaces and a practical layout for families and groups. The main floor features two of the four bedrooms, including a primary suite with a private balcony and spacious ensuite. Downstairs, two additional bedrooms sit by the entryway, both with patio access for fresh alpine air. You’ll have the essentials you need for a smooth stay, including private laundry and parking. After a day on the hill or trails, fire up the BBQ grill and unwind. A TV in the primary bedroom makes it easy to relax before turning in. Bringing a pet or evidence of one will result in additional cleaning charges. • Stairs: The home includes staircases; please review photos to ensure it meets your accessibility needs. • WiFi and cell service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ rural mountain location, speed and reliability can vary, and cellular service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable. • Parking: Parking for 2 vehicles is available in the private garage. • Laundry: Private washer and dryer are available during your stay. • Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance. • We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered! • We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included. • Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted. This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
