Welcome to our charming and vibrant 3-bedroom, 1 1/2-bathroom row house located in the heart of Capitol Hill, Washington, D.C. This classic home offers a comfortable and stylish retreat for your visit to the nation's capital. With an outdoor patio, dining table for 6 and touches of home throughout, you'll feel right at home during your stay. Bedrooms: The master bedroom features a new queen-sized bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom also offers a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, making it ideal for families or groups. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated with vibrant colors and are outfitted in feather pillows and true down duvets for a blissful nights sleep. Two of the bedrooms are are fully appointed for Bathrooms: The main bathroom boasts a tub shower, allowing you to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring the city. Additionally, there is extra storage space available for your convenience. A half bathroom is also available on the first floor adding even more convenience. Living Space: The living room serves as a comfortable gathering area with plush seating and a smart TV, where you can kick back and enjoy your favorite shows or movies. The master bedroom also features a smart TV for your entertainment needs. Kitchen: Our fully appointed kitchen is a culinary haven, designed to cater to all your cooking needs during your stay. Whether you're a seasoned chef or simply enjoy preparing meals, you'll find everything you need at your fingertips. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item. Parking Information Driving to your Sojourn? Pet Policy Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.
