Tucked away on a wooded hillside, Husky Hill offers you relaxation and privacy. Feel the world melt away as you drive up the tree lined driveway. The trees open up at the top to welcome you to our private oasis! Explore the property to your heart's content. There is a creek on the lower portion of the property. And a short trail thru the woods. Relax around the fire pit. Or under the gazebo. We have play sets for the younger kids, and a fenced yard for your dogs. Inside, you'll find 2 bedrooms and a great room. - Bedroom 1: - Loft bedroom - King Bed - Electric Fireplace - En-Suite bathroom - Bedroom 2: - 1st floor bedroom - Lounge area with theatre seating, TV - Kids play area with toys and chalkboard The kitchen has a large island and lots of appliances to make your best home cooked meals! Open to the great room with large dining table and sectional couch. The electric fireplace and in floor radiant heating keep you cozy on the coldest days. Open the windows for a nice cross breeze on nicer days. The front windows look out over the sloping hillside and woods. The back yard has a nice lawn. Pull out the play sets for the younger kids. Gazebo has outdoor furniture to relax on with artificial turf grass. The dog door allows your pups their own sense of freedom to explore the fenced dog yard at their leisure. it's okay to have your dogs off leash on the property, as long as they are under your control at all times. The neighbors on both sides also have dogs that may wander onto the property. And a neighbor's barn cat makes it's daily rounds thru the property. Be aware that wildlife abounds here,and may entice your dogs to experience the thrill of the chase. Nature watchers may be able to observe a range of wildlife: - Deer - Bear - Woodchucks - Raccoons - Fisher Cats & other weasels - Opossum - Rabbits - Snakes - Bob Cats (some locals say mountain lions as well) - Coyotes - Owls - Hawks - Eagles - Wild turkey - and too much more to list Located in the Finger Lakes Wine Country, we're less than a 10 minute drive to all that Naples has to explore.
