Aspen Creek #226 is a great place for escaping to the mountains. Located within walking distance to the Eagle Lodge and Eagle Express Chairlift, this vacation rental is a steal for skier and snowboarders. The condo is about a 5-minute drive from year-round activities too. Restaurants, shopping, the Snowcreek Golf Course, and a variety of hiking areas are all a short drive away. A beautiful stone fireplace is featured in the living room. Wood is provided for you to warm up on a cold night. Seating options are circled around the flat screen TV with DVD player. The couch also functions as a sofa sleeper for more space. Internet access is available to make you feel at home. Head through the sliding glass doors to the private balcony. Catch a breath of fresh air and enjoy the partial view of the ski area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you could need to prepare meals. A built-in breakfast bar allows 2 guests to keep the chef company in the kitchen. Steps away is a dining table with seating for 4. A mudroom is located in the front of the unit to store any ski and snowboarding equipment. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable King-sized bed. The room has an attached private bathroom. Underground parking is available for 1 car (garage height 7'1"). Laundry facilities and elevators are in each building. The shared condo BBQ stations, picnic areas, and a swimming pool only open during the summer. The 3 hot tubs are open year round. Things to Note: - During the winter months, the Homeowners Association (HOA) takes safety precautions by boarding up certain windows to prevent damage from falling icicles. - Starting June 12, 2025, construction will be underway in the complex. Please be aware that guests may experience daytime noise during this time. - The pool and hot tubs will be out of service throughout the construction period This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
