Description

Casita P is a one bedroom with king size bed, one bathroom with walk-in shower, great room with full kitchen and living area. The unit has a nice size south facing walled private yard near the pool which is accessible from the great room. The living room has leather furniture, a flat screen TV (cable tv), and the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and dining utensils, there is a drip coffee maker and dishwasher. The casita has its own full size washer and dryer in the unit. The unit is furnished with linens, blankets, towels, basic soaps, and paper products. We provide free secure parking in our gated parking lot for one car per casita. All parking is in our secure off street lot with assigned parking spaces. Traveling with a second vehicle, they are able to park on the street outside the complex, or if available we do have a few additional parking spaces for rent at $10 per night extra. Dogs up to 60 pounds allowed provided they are not a 'pit bull or pit bull mix', do not bark, and are not left in the unit alone unless crated. There is a limit of 2 dogs per unit. No cats or other pets allowed. Cameras on site recording.
