The building sits right downtown in the core of Victoria’s shopping, brewery and historic district. Our unit is a 380 square-foot mix of modern and contemporary designer furnishings, such as white oak hardwood floors, custom high-end cabinets and floor to ceiling windows and a deck to enjoy the view. The unit is a 1st floor unit which faces towards Victoria’s inner harbour (ocean view) and experiences sunrises to bring in the light for that perfect morning before exploring the city. The unit comfortably sleeps 2 to 4 people on the luxurious queen size murphy bed and has a lovely queen size sofa bed for extra guests (fee). You are very short walk away from already some of the best restaurants and coffee shops the city has to offer, as well as excellent boutique shopping along nearby streets including China Town and Government Street. You also have direct access to the waterfront, kayak rental shop next door or you can take a ride on the harbour water taxis. The best part about this space is that despite being in the bustle of the city it is a very quiet unit if you just want to read, nap, relax and unwind.
