Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. • No unregistered guests allowed. • No smoking allowed in the property Casa Bellamar (indoor or outdoors). A $500 USD penalty can be added. • No pets allowed without Owner's prior approval. • Events allowed with an additional fee upon approval. • All groups must have a member of 30 years of age as a signing renter. • Maximum number of guests is 20. • Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. • Please respect the noise curfew: 11pm – 8am.
