This 3 bedroom unit sleeps 8 and has been fully updated with fine furnishings and upgrades! FREE vehicle parking, first come first boat slips, and on site boat launch is available! Located only 0.4 miles from the public beach, enjoy having access the beautiful white sands! Enjoy 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, and loft with 2 full beds! ****Cotton Bayou Condos Boat Registration Process & Fees: Boat Fee: $50 per day or $250 for the week/ Cash or Check only Required Documentation: Renters must email a copy of their ID and proof of insurance. You must notify us if you are bringing a boat at least 3 days before your arrival so we can get all info needed to the HOA***** Upon entering the complex you will drive to back of the property to locate building 5 which is located on the west side of the pool. The unit is on the top floor which is the 2nd floor which can be accessed by stairs. Upon entering the unit you will see the kitchen/dining on the right and the living room space on the living. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need for cooking throughout your stay! The living space will comfortably fit each guest and you'll be able to enjoy balcony access directly off the living room! To the left of the living space are two bedrooms which features a primary king bedroom and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. There is a full bathroom located next to twin bedroom and the master suite has a walk-in shower. In the living room there is a beautiful staircase that leads up to the loft which features two full beds, as well as a full bathroom.
