Access to the parking is also in the alley, there is a covered carport. - This property is suitable for children/infants. Please know the cottage is not child-proofed. We don't provided a crib or pack-n-play. - This property is NOT pet-friendly. - Security Cameras: There is one underneath the carport, facing the alley and another one on the front door facing the alley as well. - NO SMOKING ALLOWED - Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
