The main bathroom (with tub/shower combo is directly across from the king bedroom (not ensuite) • Parking for 2 vehicles (1 in driveway and 1 in garage- no street parking allowed) • Fully stocked kitchen • Dining area seats 6 comfortably • Living room with Smart TV • Private entrance • In-unit laundry • Pet-friendly (fees apply) Wyoming, Michigan, is a welcoming and family-friendly suburb located southwest of Grand Rapids. Guests are responsible for additional supplies. • **Local Guests: Prior authorization is required before booking**. • Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb & VRBO). • Pets: -$20/night, $100/week, $250/month (potty-trained dogs only). -No breed restrictions -Clean up after your pet & leash in common areas. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Additional fees apply if there is excessive pet hair and pet waste around the property. • Parking on the street is strictly prohibited at all times for any reason. All guests must use the designated parking areas provided on the property. Vehicles parked on the street are subject to immediate towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. No exceptions will be made. There is parking for 2 vehicles only at this unit. 1 car in the driveway and another in the garage. ***Maintenance and inspections may be required during your stay. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe or reschedule these visits. Any necessary work will be completed as quickly as possible to ensure the property remains in proper condition.
