You'll find full-size appliances, light wood cabinetry, a complimentary coffee station with pods, and a spice rack for added convenience. Located in the Cragmor neighborhood of Colorado Springs, Alder Nest offers a peaceful residential setting with convenient access to city amenities. 🌳 Parks & Trails: Enjoy nearby Portal Park, just across the street, featuring sports fields, a playground, and an outdoor pool. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels to make your stay more comfortable. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 per half hour late. 💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests can be arranged upon request (based on availability). These fees help cover extra scheduling or cleaning needs. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability 🏠 Property Layout: This home is one side of a duplex - each unit has its own private entrance and yard access. If you're traveling with a larger group, the adjacent unit, Alder Row, is a spacious 3-bedroom and may also be available. Just reach out—we’re happy to check availability for the other unit!
