The guest booking the property must be on site for the duration of the booking. Photo Identification is required. *COMPLEX AMENITIES: Outdoor Communal Pool, Communal Tennis Court, Walking Distance to Beach Access, Charcoal Grill provided under the house for use *PARKING: Covered parking is available underneath the house and additional vehicles are allowed to park in the driveway. Do not park on the grass or in/on the street. Parking permits are not required. *PETS: This property IS pet friendly! You are welcome to bring up to two pets during your vacation, however each pet MUST be registered and the pet fee paid prior to your arrival. The pet fee is $150.00 plus tax per pet. Any damages caused by your pet(s) or any fines incurred involving your pet(s) will be your responsibility. The cost of the pet fee and/or fines are subject to change at any time without notice. Failure to register and pay the pet fee can result in being fined and/or evicted. *MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals at certain times of the year. Ask the reservationist for details regarding monthly rates and fees associated with monthly rentals. *CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place.
