Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested. • Washer and dryer in home. • Lot parking for 2 vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis. • This home is a top floor walkup unit with one staircase with 18 steps required to reach the main entrance. • Portable crib available. • Long-term stays allowed. • The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day • Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason. RULES: •NO DUALLY TRUCKS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY. •NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES WITH SIGNAGE PERMITTED. •DO NOT BACK INTO PARKING SPACES. •No bumper or hitches can be extended over the sidewalk. •Parking pass must be filled out and displayed in vehicle(s) at all times throughout your stay.
