The penthouse is in Bath city centre alongside the main tourist attractions. RECEPTION ROOM Spacious reception room, dual aspect with stunning views, smart tv and wifi. Open plan kitchen, BOSCH designed and fully equipped. SLEEPING Two double bedrooms( king/twin option) with tv, sofa bed and cotten linen. BATHROOMS Marble finish, underfloor heating, illuminated mirrors and heated towel rails. The penthouse is ideal for friends, family and colleagues - a perfect city centre location in the heart of the Old City with views out to the countryside beyond. The light and spacious reception room has comfortable sofas, a dining table for up to 6 guests, a wall mounted smart tv. The two double bedrooms have high quality cotton bed linen and towels, wall mounted tv's, cupboards and hair dryers. Both bedrooms have hotel style beds which can be arranged as super king doubles ir twin single beds. Additionally, there is a large sofa bed in the reception room. The BOSCH designed kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining, with an extensive array of utensils, glassware, china and cutlery, a hob/oven/grill, washing machine/dryer, microwave and fridge freezer- all by BOSCH. The apartment is in the heart of historic Bath, within minutes of the major tourist venues, the best shopping streets, popular bars and restaurants as well as inter- city transport. From here you can visit Bristol in under half an hour and there are also direct trains to the coast. The penthouse is on the 3rd floor of a grade 2 listed building with wide, well -lit stair access and two broad mezzanine levels. Please note, however, that there is no lift/elevator. The apartment is a short, flat walk from : BATH SPA RAILWAY STATION, TOURIST OFFICE, BATH ABBEY, THE ROMAN BATHS AND PUMP ROOM, THERMAE SPA and the main SOUTHGATE shopping district. Linen for the sofa bed is provided when booking for guest 5 and 6. If you wish to use the sofa bed when booking for under 5 people there is an extra Ā£15 charge to cover linen costs Please see below a few house rules: ā No parties or events. ā Please do not smoke in the house (inc. vaping & e-cigarettes). ā Please do not wear shoes inside. ā Please avoid making an unreasonable amount of noise, particularly after 11pm. ā No candles/naked flames inside or outside.
