This beachfront penthouse at the Celadon Beach Resort has all you need for a truly memorable getaway! After a day in the Florida sun, you can relax in the oversized garden tub or enjoy the breathtaking views of the gulf from the large, wraparound balcony. This spacious condominium features plenty of natural light and a well-equipped kitchen. You will have access to two pools, two hot tubs, a fitness center and tennis courts. Celadon is near Pier Park but away from the heavier traffic. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, each with an adjoining bathroom. Gather in the large living area or on the huge, wraparound balcony. There is a dining area with seating for 4 and an additional 3 chairs at the kitchen bar. The washer and dryer are located in a laundry room off the main hallway. This condo is the western-most high rise in the PCB area. It's less than 3 miles from the busy Pier Park attractions but this area is quieter and has less traffic than most other PCB condos. However, most attractions are a short drive away and, of course, the beach is merely a few steps away. You must be at least 25 years of age to book our condo. There is parking in the garage across the street from the condo, with a walkway on the 2nd floor to the condo building itself. Parking is a one time fee of $45 for the length of your stay, per vehicle. There are no assigned parking spots and no gates you have to remember codes for, which is really nice. Spots are first come first serve basis and we will provide registration information through your booking messages.
