Beach re-nourishment project on ongoing for Indian Rocks Beach through November 2025 Located directly on the ocean in Indian Rocks Beach, this nautical-themed condo is the perfect destination for couples or friends looking for a tranquil getaway. With effortless beach access and provided beach gear, this is the ideal place to enjoy the sunshine and the sea. When you aren't sinking your toes into the warm sand, a shared pool is available for invigorating dips. Paired with a barbecue in the shared grilling area, the memories made here are unforgettable. Inside, the condo boasts many great amenities, including a washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and a walk-in closet to store all your beachwear. Soak up the sun and the sound of the waves from the scenic balcony, or sit and relax in the spacious living area while tuning into your favorite TV show or movie. Before bed, utilize the ample meal prep space and stainless steel appliances in the well-equipped kitchen to whip up something delicious! Sleep will come easy tucked under the plush linens - dream, sleep, repeat! Please note: The building is currently undergoing mandatory maintenance Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Balcony views will not be affected; however, the pool may occasionally be closed during this construction period, which is expected to continue through October 2025.
