AGE REQUIREMENT: ALL guests staying at the property MUST be 25 years of age or older at this property- NO EXCEPTIONS PARKING: Available on a first-come, first-served basis each day with three tandem parking spots allocated for the four units in the building. You may park only ONE vehicle per unit if you secure a spot. RESTRICTIONS: We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers-NO EXCEPTIONS The pool closes at 11PM No smoking on the property No pets FEATURES: Bedrooms: 3 (1 king, 2 queens) Bathrooms: 3 Location: One block off Duval Amenities: Shared heated pool, outdoor dining area with BBQ grill, TVs, Wifi THINGS TO KNOW: Check in: 4PM - We do not guarantee an early check in request will be granted because we need to give the housekeepers time to ready the units for check-in, however, should your unit be ready early, we will notify you from this number that you can check-in. No units will be able to accommodate a check-in earlier than 12pm. Check out: 10AM - We do not accommodate late check outs. Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the renter, or once the initial supply is used.
