This unit includes a double bedroom with sea views and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a spacious twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and exceptional sea views, and an additional double bedroom with en-suite bathroom located just next door for maximum privacy. A rooftop terrace, accessible via an outdoor staircase, provides panoramic views of Capri and the Gulf of Naples. Second Apartment (Central Unit): a spacious living area with a kitchen and access to a panoramic terrace with lounge seating. A double bedroom, accessed via a wooden staircase, includes an en-suite bathroom. Third Apartment (Garden Level): a living area with comfortable seating, a double sofa bed and a kitchen opening onto a patio surrounded by olive trees, with a shaded pergola and dining table for outdoor meals. This unit includes a king-size bedroom with patio access and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, along with a double bedroom with private bathroom and direct access to the outdoor space. Outdoors: The outdoor areas are designed to fully embrace Mediterranean living and are arranged over two levels: Upper level: the swimming pool, jacuzzi and solarium area, surrounded by a flower garden with sweeping views over the coastline. Lower level: a beautiful outdoor kitchen set under a traditional Sorrentine pergola, along with a large dining table with incredible views, and a well-kept lawn and garden with lemon and orange trees. Perfect for long lunches, relaxed dinners and unforgettable sunset moments. Pool heating is available from April 1st to June 15th and from September 15th to October 30th, upon advance request. Naples: approximately 56 km from the property. Arrival and Check-In Information Check-in time: between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Late arrivals are accommodated with prior notice and may incur an additional fee. Check-out time: by 10:00 am. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees. Events and Weddings: the property is suitable for small private celebrations and weddings, subject to approval. Services Policy To ensure consistent service standards, proper coordination and respect for the property, external suppliers and third-party service providers are not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, private chefs, catering companies, event vendors, decorators, musicians, photographers, wellness practitioners, transportation providers and other external contractors. All guest services must be arranged exclusively through Feeling Italy and its approved partners. Daily cleanings: daily light housekeeping is included from Monday to Saturday. Our housekeeping team will access the property during the day for light cleaning and general tidying, always with full respect for guests' privacy. Wood-fired oven: the wood-fired oven is reserved exclusively for use by professional pizza chefs authorized by Feeling Italy. This service can be arranged through our Concierge team. Please contact us in advance for availability and pricing details. Parking: a spacious private parking area is available within the property, accommodating up to 6 cars. The final stretch of road becomes narrow, so only small cars are recommended, as larger vehicles and vans are not suitable. City tax: €4 per adult per day, applied for the first 7 nights, payable in cash upon arrival. Accessibility: the property is arranged across independent units connected by outdoor pathways, gardens and terraces, with some walking between accommodation areas, the pool and outdoor living spaces. It is not ideal for wheelchair users or guests with significant mobility limitations.
