The key collection is made at our Welcome Center - Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff! There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking. Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). In case of losing the key, you will be charged a fee (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team to open the door, there will be a fee of 40€ after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – fee upon consultation. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €150. If these costs exceed this amount, the excess will be paid by the guest. The tenant is required, whenever requested by the host, to allow the entry of a staff member to inspect the property, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
