Compass Bay is a gated community in the Kissimmee area that offers a relaxed ambience to its guests. It is situated in the intersection of Poinciana Blvd. and US-192 with easy access to Osceola Pkwy, SR 535, Central Florida Green Way and I-4. This means it is a short drive away from exploring all the Walt Disney World Parks, Universal Orlando, SeaWorld, LegoLand, I-Drive shops and restaurants, the most recognizable shopping malls, and many other indoor and outdoor entertainment options. The community features a heated swimming pool at the pavilion, and open areas for picnics or having BBQ's under the community's gazebo while the little ones can play in the tot lot.
