Please read the entire description as we try to answer the most common questions we get from guests. This listing is for the entire home, including the fenced-in backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. This beautiful 4 bedroom/3 bathroom spacious Scottsdale home includes an updated interior with split floor plan, tiling flooring everywhere except bedrooms, a billiards table and is located 1 mile from Kierland Commons. Property also features a large, open backyard with swimming pool (heating optional), hot tub, Cornhole/Bocce ball court and BBQ grill. SLEEPING AREAS: Master suite with king-size bed and attached full bathroom (Shower is a tub not a walk in) Guest bedroom #1 with king size bed Guest bedroom #2 with queen size bed Guest bedroom #3 with 1 bunk bed (1 full, 1 twin), 1 additional twin bed COMMON AREAS: Large Kitchen with all your cooking needs, separate dining area and breakfast nook, living room, family room with billiards table, and a fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available. (Children supplies such as high chair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $5 per day per item, plus a $35 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.) PARKING: Driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles. No garage access. ENTERTAINMENT: 50” HDTV in Living Room 50” HDTV in Master Bedroom 50” HDTV in Guest Bedroom 43” HDTV in Guest Bedroom POOL (HEATING OPTIONAL): The swimming pool is not normally heated and time to get up to temperature can vary with the weather as well as other guest stays (may take up to 24-36 hours). Please let us know at booking time if you are interested in the heated pool (winter months) option. This home's pool heating system is propane which is expensive and guests requesting this option are responsible for a service fee ($100/night - 1 week minimum plus tax and fees) added on to your reservation cost. BACKYARD: Pool (heating optional) Hot tub Gas BBQ Cornhole/Bocce Ball Court Patio seating *We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days, you will need to purchase these items. Thank you! When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your group as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. I am happy to answer any questions you may have. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit. Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife). OTHER NOTES: *Pool HEATING OPTIONAL *Noise ordinance set in place 10pm - 8am. Subject to additional fees if not followed* *Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the back yard. *Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year. *No Pets Allowed - Evidence of a pet found will result in a $250 fee. For your safety and the safety of the home, we have one external security camera installed to monitor the front point of entry. This form will ask for personal details such as your name, contact information, and any special requests. The form must be submitted prior to receiving check-in instructions. By submitting the form, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our rental policies and applicable laws. The house is a non-smoking, non-vaping property. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $250 fine. Guests are responsible for picking up any exterior waste they create including evidence of smoking. Additional cleaning fees may be charged. Evidence of Marijuana left in the home will also result in a $250 fine. This property may require an Arizona lease to be signed for any stays of 30 days or more. Typically, the terms are no different from what you agree to on this site and this is more a requirement by the state of Arizona and/or this community. This home also has a utility cap that applies for stays of 30 days or more. The homeowner pays all home utilities up to a utility cap of $450, the tenant pays any utilities over cap. HDTV and Wireless High Speed Internet provided (information is documented in the home). NO GATHERINGS or PARTIES are allowed at this home. The neighbors are sensitive to noise. Please limit the noise when you are outside, and observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am. We expect all our guests to not only treat our location with care and respect but to also leave the place in respectable condition for our cleaning team. We by no means expect you to fully clean the property before you depart and instead request that guests clean up their spills and messes as they occur and remove any extra garbage that may build up during the stay. Excessive amounts of garbage and extra messiness may require an additional cleaning charge for our cleaning team.
