About the Home

No cleaning fees, no pet deposit. Awarded 2025 Best In Tennessee Vacation Destination! From the moment you arrive, we’re ready to make your stay unforgettable. Enjoy keyless entry, fresh mountain air, and wake to the sight of Scottish Highland Cattle just outside your door. Our barnyards are home to goats, sheep, alpacas, mini horses, donkeys, and livestock guardian dogs. Spend time in the pastures, share a treat (outside the fence, please!), and connect with the magic of farm life. Welcome to your own tiny slice of farm life! Our 8x16 cozy tiny house is perfect for hikers, couples, and anyone craving a quiet escape. Nestled on 40 private acres, you’ll enjoy wide-open skies, unforgettable sunsets, and space to play, wander, or just breathe. No cleaning fee, no clutter, just simplicity. The snug sleeping loft feels like a cuddy cabin on a boat, perfect for curling up after a day of farm fun or trail adventures. There’s no WiFi at the tiny house, consider it a chance to truly unplug. AT&T and Verizon offer the best cell service here, though even that can be delightfully spotty. Join us for a farm tour, or just say hello to the goats, donkeys, alpacas, and Highland cattle that call this place home. Perched atop Cagle Mountain in Sequatchie County, our small community offers the best of both worlds—peaceful country living with easy access to city life. At 2,106 feet elevation, we enjoy cooler mountain air, often 5–10 degrees below the Chattanooga valley below. Though it feels like a world away, we’re just 45 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, where you’ll find vibrant dining, arts, and attractions—then return home to starlit skies, quiet roads, and the calm of the countryside. Our farm is just a short walk away, and the animals are always eager for a visit! From goats and sheep to alpacas, pigs, and mini horses—expect a few friendly bleats and curious noses when you stop by. We provide one night of firewood to get your campfire started. Want to keep the flames going longer? Additional bundles are available for $20 each. Just a heads-up: charcoal isn’t provided, so bring your own if you plan to grill. ⚠ Agritourism Notice (Required by Tennessee Law): By entering and participating in any farm-related activities, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved—such as interacting with animals, uneven land, and farm equipment. Tennessee law protects agritourism hosts from liability for injuries or property damage that result from these natural risks.
