The rear is large enough for as many as you could want to entertain, even extending around the side of the house to maximise the views and the weather. The master bedroom is located upstairs with queen and ensuite, including spa bath. There is also another separate toilet upstairs. Downstairs are a further 3 bedrooms, with a queen in two and a double with bunk & trundle in the other. The main bathroom is here, with access outside in order to jump straight in the shower from the beach. A large secured yard is complete with a kids cubby house over a sandpit and a wide selection of sporting equipment is available in the double garage, enabling a break from the beach if required, or even entertainment whilst the BBQ is going.
