The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster. Individual radiators keep things cosy during the cooler months. The bathroom features a shower/bathtub. A washing machine is available for your convenience. Families welcome Need a cot or high chair? Damage deposit: A refundable deposit of £800 is required before arrival, processed via a third-party provider (Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire) and returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection. Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Smoking: Non-smoking throughout. Events: Not suitable for parties or events. Fitzrovia is known for its independent restaurants, creative agencies, and lively Charlotte Street dining scene. Soho, immediately to the south, is London’s entertainment heart, packed with theatres, bars, restaurants, and an eclectic mix of people at all hours. Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road, and Goodge Street underground stations are all within minutes, giving superb connections across the city. Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice).
