Description
If you are looking for a place that truly feels like a home rather than just another rental, our townhouse on Calle Lucena is waiting for you. Located in the sought-after Viñamar community, this property offers that rare combination of being just a short walk from the famous Burriana Beach while providing a peaceful, elevated escape from the crowds. The heart of the house is undoubtedly the top-floor terrace. You will experience some of the most breathtaking sunsets in Nerja, with the sky turning deep shades of orange and pink over the rooftops. It is the perfect spot to unwind with a cold drink after a day of exploring the coves or playing volleyball on the sand. Inside, we have focused on creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The living area is spacious and comfortable, featuring large sofas where you can actually relax and a dining table for those long Mediterranean breakfasts. The bedrooms are designed with rest in mind, featuring clean lines, air conditioning for those warm Andalusian nights, and plenty of natural light. At Smile House Rentals, we are locals from Nerja, and we manage every detail personally. From the moment you book until the day you head home, our team is here to ensure everything is perfect. We provide full support so you can simply focus on enjoying the sun, the food, and the unique energy of our town. We invite you to make SHR011 your base for your next Nerja adventure. We have taken care of every detail, from the professional cleaning to the high-quality linens, so all you have to do is arrive and relax. Staying on Calle Lucena gives you the best of both worlds in Nerja. Our home is located within the quiet and well-maintained Viñamar community, a peaceful residential pocket where you can truly relax away from the noise of the main tourist strips. You’ll feel the local vibe here, surrounded by white-washed houses and the scent of jasmine in the air. Despite the tranquility, you are perfectly positioned. A short, downhill stroll brings you directly to Burriana Beach, the most vibrant beach in town. It’s a place where life happens—full of energy, beach volleyball, and some of the best chiringuitos in Andalusia. What our guests love most about this neighborhood is the convenience. You have supermarkets, small local bakeries, and a wide variety of restaurants all within walking distance, yet when you head back up to the house and step onto the rooftop terrace, the bustle of the beach feels miles away. It is the ideal base for those who want to be close to the Mediterranean waters during the day and enjoy a quiet, private sunset in the evening.
