Bedroom King bed against a papered wall, with bedside lamps, cushions, a TV and a small sofa. A door opens directly onto the terrace. Living and dining A sofa bed with framed prints, a round mirror and a dining table beside the kitchen, with a plant on the table and a window along one side. The air conditioning is here, and the table is the natural place for a laptop. Kitchen A marble worktop with an extractor hood: hob, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker and blender, plus pots, utensils, dishes and wine glasses in fitted drawers and cabinets. Terrace Armchairs with a throw, a table, and trees close enough to see the leaves. Bathroom One bathroom with a washbasin, a WC and a vanity unit, with a hairdryer. In the building Pool, gym, coworking rooms, a lobby and a lift with a doorman. Heating throughout. This flat has no parking, though there are paid public car parks nearby.
