Just Wright This modern and spacious two storey beach house is only one street from the Encounter Bay Beach. With only a hop, skip and a jump you will find yourself at the beach where you can enjoy a nice swim, walk or even go out boating. The boat ramp is only a very short drive away from this holiday home. What a perfect location for your next family get away! Only a short walk the other direction to a kid’s playground and swimming beach on Encounter Lakes while the Yilki general store and restaurants are also very close by. The property has the following layout which the whole family will love. Downstairs layout: Second living area with a kitchenette. This is a perfect space to accommodate for a second family or even just for the children to relax. Living area has plenty of seating areas, TV and a split system heating and cooling. The kitchenette has a bar fridge, sink, microwave and kettle. Second dining area to seat 4 people. Bedroom two has a queen size bed and built in robes. Bedroom three has a queen size bed, built in robes and glass sliding doors leading outside to the decked area. Bedroom four has x2 lots of single bunk beds. Main bathroom with a shower, separate bath and basin. Separate toilet. Laundry with a washing machine and an external door leading outside. Upstairs Layout: Large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. These areas are light and bright! Enjoy the sea views to Wright Island from this space. Living area has plenty of seating areas, split system heating and cooling and a large TV. Dining area to seat 8 people. The open kitchen area makes it great for entertaining your loved ones whist preparing the food. Electric cooking, dishwasher, double sink, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee pod machine, breakfast bar with x4 stools, pantry and much more. Glass sliding doors leading off the open plan area out onto the undercover decked entertaining area. What a perfect space to soak up being on holidays and relax, don’t forget to pack the wine! This area has seating areas as well as a BBQ. Main bedroom has a queen size bed, x2 built in robes and an ensuite. Off street parking – please do not touch the boat in the drive way. Large secure fully fenced backyard. Great grass area for the children to play. Decked area with seating areas to sit back and relax whilst looking out over the yard. Shed isn’t for guests use sorry.
