Walk to Red Arrow Roadhouse, Downtown Union Pier, Whistle Stop, Beach, Nani's Aqua Vacation Rentals Just Beachy is located in the heart of Union Pier a few blocks from the beach and just blocks from Union Pier Market and Red Arrow Roadhouse. This newly appointed home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, screened porch and fire pit. As you enter the front door you immediately feel relaxed as the beachy decor takes you to another place. The living room has a large sectional with a TV and fireplace. There is plenty of space for watching a movie or just hanging out and relaxing. This home has cable and WIFI for guests to enjoy. Off the living room are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king bed and master bath attached. The primary bathroom features a walk in shower plus large jetted soaker tub. The primary also has access to the screened in porch. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin bunk beds. The main bath is large with a walk in shower. The kitchen is large enough for two chefs and there is a large dining table that seats 8 guests. Off the kitchen is access to the screened porch which features a seating area to enjoy the outside without the bugs. Outside is a large side yard plus an area near the screened in porch that has a fire pit and picnic tables. The beach is just a few blocks from the house and is great for spending the day swimming and sunning or watching the sunsets. The house is located close enough to downtown Union Pier where there is an ice cream shop, bakery, convenient store, bike and paddle board rental shop and a restaurant called Nani’s. The house is a 5-8 minute car ride to New Buffalo. There is plenty to do in the area with Red Arrow Highway lined with antique malls, home decor shops, restaurants and more. Spend a day at Warren Dunes State Park or stop at Greenbush Brewery for lunch and a beer. Come and enjoy this home in the heart of Union Pier and all that it has to offer! Please note: In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit (providing a credit card for damages), Aqua charges a non-refundable fee (included in the quote before booking) which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages. Also travel insurance is optional. Payments-50% down upon booking and final payment due 4 weeks prior to your arrival. Policies - All Guests required to sign and return our Guest Occupancy Agreement. - Minimum age of 30 years old to rent. - Photo ID may be required upon check-in - Maximum car parking- 3 - No smoking - NO Pets allowed - Events, parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited - Additional fees and taxes may apply - In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit, Aqua charges a non-refundable fee which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages. CANCELLATION POLICY: Policy may vary per booking channel. NO REFUNDS are given if the cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. Agent will make reasonable efforts to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and delivered to Agent by mail or email. There is no refund for early departure.
