We will be able to confirm the night before your arrival. - 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM - $100.00 - After 11 AM - $50.00 **ESSENTIALS** • Fresh bath towels and linens are provided for your convenience. However, please bring your own beach towels. • To help you get off to a comfortable start, we’re happy to provide starter kits that include essential items like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and soap. These kits are intended for the first part of your visit. If you run out during your stay, we kindly recommend purchasing your preferred supplies at your convenience. • There is a washer & dryer available in the unit for your use. Detergent and dryer sheets are not provided. • For non-Airbnb reservations only, any applicable refunds — regardless of the cancellation policy — will incur a 6% processing fee. • A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required for all reservations except Airbnb. Starting November 1, all guests with confirmed bookings will be required to submit a valid ID and sign the Rental Agreement. We use secure property management software to collect this information, and it is used strictly to verify your booking. All parking passes and the pool/amenity fob must be left at the property upon checkout. A $150 replacement fee will be charged for each missing parking pass or fob, whether lost or accidentally taken. The fee still applies if the item is later mailed back, as we must purchase a replacement from the HOA immediately so it is available for the next guest. Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire townhouse, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, and multiple decks. You’ll also have access to the outdoor shower and private beach path. On-site parking available for two vehicles. Check-in is simple with keyless entry.
