Maximum occupancy is 10 registered guests. The minimum age to book is 18. ⏰ Ask about EARLY CHECK-IN If the house is available, we may be able to accommodate early check-in. We will be able to confirm the night before your arrival. - 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM - $100.00 - After 11 AM - $50.00 **ESSENTIALS** • Fresh bath towels and linens are provided for your convenience. However, please bring your own beach towels. • To help you get off to a comfortable start, we’re happy to provide starter kits that include essential items like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and soap. These kits are intended for the first part of your visit. If you run out during your stay, we kindly recommend purchasing your preferred supplies at your convenience. • There is a washer & dryer available in the unit for your use. Detergent and dryer sheets are not provided. • For non-Airbnb reservations only, any applicable refunds — regardless of the cancellation policy — will incur a 6% processing fee. • A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required for all reservations except Airbnb. ** CONSTRUCTION UPDATE** As of August 2025, construction has begun on the home next door and should last 5-6 months. Starting November 1, all guests with confirmed bookings will be required to submit a valid ID and sign the Rental Agreement. We use secure property management software to collect this information, and it is used strictly to verify your booking.
