Living Room Stretch out in the spacious living room, complete with a Smart TV and access to streaming platforms like Netflix and Amazon Prime Video—perfect for unwinding after a day out. Kitchen and Dining The fully equipped kitchen comes ready with an oven, microwave, and full-size refrigerator, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Gather around the dining table for casual breakfasts or sit-down dinners. Bedrooms Bedroom 1: King bed, en-suite bathroom, and large wardrobe for extra storage Bedroom 2: Two single beds, great for kids or traveling companions Bedroom 3: Double bed in a quiet corner, with easy access to a shared bathroom Master Bedroom Terrace The private terrace off the master bedroom includes a tub. Please note: this is not a Jacuzzi, the jets are non-functional, and water drains directly onto the terrace floor toward the opposite end. - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs a the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary. - Pets are not allowed. - Electricity in Playa del Carmen is very expensive! Please be conscientious of what you consume and help by using the AC wisely. Please keep the temperature around 25°C and turn it off whenever you leave the townhome (lights and fans too). The AC units will cool down the spaces very quickly when you return. At night, please use the bedroom AC only with the door closed to other spaces. For long-term stays (28 nights and more) electricity is not included. After each stay, the consumption will be verified, and you will have to pay accordingly for the usage at a rate of $6 MXN / KW. - We provide a few home/bath essentials to get you started, like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and trash bags, but keep in mind these items are not replenished. Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest. - There is valuable artwork and original paintings throughout the property. Although it is kid-friendly, please ensure children are supervised and do not leave them unattended near the artwork. - Anything left on the floor near the tub will get wet. Please ensure to lift any items off the floor after use to avoid water damage. The owner will assume no responsibility for any items left on the floor that may get wet. - Please note that in the master bathroom, there is a staircase leading to the owner’s closet. This area is locked and off-limits to guests. Services such as water and internet are provided by external companies. While these services are generally reliable, occasional outages beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your understanding. Occasional Power Outages: Please note that occasional, brief power outages may occur in the area, particularly during the rainy season. These interruptions are generally temporary and are outside our control. We appreciate your understanding should one occur during your stay.
