Main spaces of the home: Living room The spacious living room is ideal for unwinding or hosting guests, with a queen sofa bed that comfortably sleeps two. Bedrooms • Bedroom 1: The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom, offering privacy and convenience. • Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and its own en-suite bathroom, perfect for couples or friends. Bathrooms Both bathrooms are fully equipped with high-quality fixtures. The first bathroom features a shower/tub combination, while the second, attached to Bedroom 2, offers full amenities as well. Kitchen & dining area The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing home-cooked meals, with all the essentials including a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats 4 guests, making it a great spot to enjoy meals together. In-unit laundry A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit and free to use, along with an iron and ironing board to keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay. Parking Rules & Instructions: Complimentary parking is available one block from the building (40 NW Third St). Please request it in advance so our concierge team can leave the access card in your unit before arrival; it's subject to availability. To keep the access card active, the vehicle must exit the garage at least once every 24 hours. The front desk will explain the process at check-in. A $100 USD replacement fee applies for lost cards. Weekly and monthly discounts are available. Please return the parking card and key fob at checkout. Check-In Instructions: All guests must provide their estimated time of arrival (ETA) and present a valid ID at the front desk. All guests must be listed on the reservation, and anyone performing the check-in must be registered on the reservation and present their ID upon arrival. Amenities Notice: Access to building amenities is available on a first-come, first-served basis and must follow the condo’s rules and regulations. Please note that the host is not responsible for the availability, condition, or use of these amenities. Pack 'N Play: Can be provided upon request, based on availability and for an extra fee. Disposal Guidelines: Please dispose of all boxes in the recycling bin located at the loading dock near the lobby. Kindly ensure that all boxes are flattened before placing them in the bin. Please note that the building may issue fines if boxes are not disposed of properly. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty and an additional $70 cleaning fee. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. - There's a trashed apartment fee of $100 for deep cleaning if the property is left in bad condition. - All guests must provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in. - Please avoid moving furniture.
