There is a full bath, washer and dryer located downstairs for your convenience. The upstairs master suite offers a king bed, en suite bathroom with his and hers sinks plus outdoor seating on a private balcony. The bunk room is ready to set sail on a pirate adventure! There is a set of twin over full bunk beds with a twin trundle underneath. There is a reading area to relax in after a day at the beach. A private bath complete this pirate's place. There are flat screen TV's located in every room! The open floor plan provides ample room for all your guests. Cook your catch of the day in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with new stainless steel appliances. Dining seating is provided both at the table and the bar. The back yard is fully fenced in and features a private beach entry pool surrounded by beautiful mature palm trees. Port A elegance shows in the beautiful patio and decking with several outdoor seating arrangements. Casa Chillotta also provides an outdoor shower. *The pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day. There is parking in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles or a boat.
