A full Murphy bed in the dining area with pocket doors creates a flexible third sleeping space. With streetcar access out front, free parking, and nearby City Park and dining, it’s ideal for any trip. This home is all about flexibility, comfort, and location. Families will love the king retreat for parents, the fun bunk room for kids, and the Murphy bed for extra guests. Groups and bachelor/bachelorette crews will appreciate the spacious layout, with everyone having room to relax or crash after a night out. You’ll be steps from the Canal Streetcar, making it easy to explore the French Quarter, City Park, and beyond. Just reach out and we will do our best to accommodate you! Upon opening the entrance door you will be in the living area of the space. We have designed our space with a modern sofa with enough seating for the family, and an accent chair for additional seating. The living room is also equipped with a 55” smart TV for all your streaming needs. To the left of the space is a bedroom designed with friends and family in mind. We have an adult sized twin bunk bed, as well as a queen size bed. The bedroom can sleep 4 total guests, all with enough space for everyone! The room is also equipped with a 55” smart TV for streaming. The bedroom also has the attached bathroom with laundry. The bathroom has double sinks for the space, as well as a toilet room for added privacy. Heading to the right from the living room you will enter into the kitchen area. Our kitchen has been updated and is equipped with all kitchen basics, and is perfect for cooking meals for family or friends. Through the kitchen is the additional full bathroom for the home. The next room past the hallway bathroom is the dining room. The dining room is designed with gatherings in mind and is also a comfortable work space if needed. The breakfast nook can accommodate the entire household for all meals, and when it is time for bed the Full Sized Murphy bed is there for comfort. The double pocket doors can be closed off to add privacy to the room then when it is morning, the bed can fold back into the wall like it was never there! There is also a 55” smart TV in the space for all to enjoy. Past the dining room is the final bedroom. This bedroom acts as the primary bedroom to the home being that it is the only bedroom with a King sized bed.
