Additional street parking is typically available (please follow local signage and regulations). • Additional tenants/shared property: This rental is the property’s front home. A long-term tenant occupies the back residence. • Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee. Supplies: The home is stocked with a starter set of soaps and paper products; plan to bring or purchase additional items after arrival. • Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance. • We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered! • We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled.
